Invisible Power

I have not seen the Almighty, the God,
Neither in broad day light, I have never lost a road,
But, I have felt the presence of some spiritual strength,
Throughout my life’s width and length.

How else could I have still stayed afloat?
If not for some blessing, I would have been a scapegoat.
From riches to rags, painfully I have endured all,
But, something powerful, is still keeping me tall.

From where do I draw so much strength, I wonder,
What is that force that holding me alive, I ponder,
For, the sky of my life is covered with black cloud,
And, yet I can hear my heart beating, proud and loud.

The world seem to be like stacked against me,
Conspiring every moment, to rob my life from me,
And yet, I face them, with a calm demeanour,
For, some invisible force is helping through this procedure.

This spiritual strength must be the blessings of parents,
For every human, they are God apparent.
And, the love and affection of each caring heart,
Protecting me from being broken apart.
