For every ups and down, we survived,
For every beautiful memories, we made,
And, for every quarrels, we ever had,
I promise you, to be in the same tent,
Whether we are old or we are bent.
I know that, I am not perfect,
And, neither you have been, without defect,
But, for every thing, we ever blamed,
And, for life’s every small frame,
I promise you, to be in the same tent,
Whether we are old or we are bent.
We will look pale and frail with time,
The beauty will fade, wrinkles will shine,
Holding hands, we will sing the song,
Laughing over every right and wrong,
We will dance and we will celebrate,
Whether we are old or we are bent.
And, in this tent known only to us,
Holding drinks in your favourite glass,
We will say “cheers” to our life,
For keeping us together through every strife,
We will dance and we will celebrate,
Whether we are old or we are bent.
